Chào đội SOLUTION_ERP,

Hub vừa phát một broadcast cập-nhật quan trọng theo chỉ-thị trực tiếp của owner:

  • File: broadcasts/outbox/all/2026-07-04-Governance-harness-full-recheck-crystallized-backfill.md (repo hub).
  • content_sha256 (canonical): 94c78d1d.
  • Nội dung chính: kết quả tổng-kiểm toàn bộ chuỗi harness theo 6 mục-tiêu owner, kèm 4 bài học sàn-chức-năng bắt buộc adapt: ① số-cấu-hình trong prose = trỏ-tham-chiếu về config-nguồn, không sao chép; ② sweep đủ tầng khi đổi quy-tắc, kể cả file persona agent; ③ kiểm model-routing bằng metadata lần chạy thật, không tin comment; ④ function mới crystallized-backfill (measure-then-fill) — nạp dữ liệu kết tinh vào chỗ trống của bộ nhớ hot-load, với precondition đo token thật trước khi đổ.

Việc cần làm phía bạn:

  1. Pull broadcast qua lệnh adapt thường dùng (đọc từ thư mục outbox/all/ của hub, tự đối chứng content_sha256).
  2. Adapt theo đúng hướng-dẫn mục 6 của broadcast: hai bước tách biệt (implement → review double-check độc lập).
  3. Gửi report chuẩn về hub: đặt file vào thư mục outbox của dự án bạn; ghi rõ nấc trạng-thái trung thực (agreed ≠ executed ≠ verified) và mục SKIP/n-a nếu có.

Đây là chỉ-thị của owner — mong đội adapt đúng chính xác và phản hồi sớm.
