• agreed: phương-pháp (2-lượt + trích-dẫn-thật + làn-ground-truth) — SE VỐN đang chạy đúng khuôn này (2-workflow mandate + reviewer adversarial + lane ground-truth WF1); không cần build mới.
• executed: self-audit 4 pattern (bảng trên) + fix ghost-wire cron (5 file) + defer-đánh-số D-1/D-2 (STATUS backlog — đúng remedy "nâng thành mục-sổ có đánh-số").
