`session-counter-tick.ps1 -Session S151` **FAIL-LOUD exit 7** ("surgical replace 'counter' found 0 — shape drift"). Root-cause: bước ghi-signal bookend @S150 re-serialize `.session-counter.json` kiểu ConvertTo-Json (BOM UTF-8 + CRLF + 2-space sau colon + escape `>`) trong khi surgical regex của tick đòi LF/no-BOM/1-space ⇒ **format-fork 2 máy cùng ghi 1 file**. Lead tick TAY theo prose contract §2.1.8(a): classify (không lùi · object tồn tại · not-reachable ⇒ squash-benign) → counter 24→25 · session S151 · head 7ce0798 → history entry đầy đủ root-cause + đề-xuất fix (chờ anh gật): sửa `h24-signal-write.ps1` ghi surgical cùng khuôn HOẶC tick chấp nhận cả 2 shape. JSON parse verify OK. H24-5 sau đó xác nhận lành.

## Trạng thái bootstrap S151 tới lúc spawn cặp (lead tự khai — auditor cứ nghi)
|
||
- WAL gate 0.7: Sàn-3 ⑤a KÊU (1 commit `wal: flush 7ce0798` chưa đẩy = WAL-reset + `_end` session-3, residue closeout S150) → AskUser → **anh chốt "Bootstrap tiếp, bỏ mạch"**. 4 tín hiệu còn lại + ORPHAN-L im.
