🟧 **Bug discovered:** Custom Dashboard `dashboard.html` show "Running" badge stale 10+ phút sau Qdrant DOWN. Root cause: `<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60">` chỉ reload HTML cached, KHÔNG re-run PS script.
