adap-report — phuong-phap-dem-token-tien-de-vong4 (SE, S125, 2026-07-16)

  • broadcast: 2026-07-15-Governance-phuong-phap-dem-token-tien-de-vong4 (type:new, TINH-THẦN + bằng-chứng — NOT-adopt)
  • hash-verify: ✅ canonical MATCH e0bb5bbf… — chạy chính AI_INFRA\scripts\stamp_verify.py → OK (canonical match), exit-0.
  • nấc (G-011): executed + verified-runtime cho phần SE tự-quyết lấy (§6 broadcast) · phần vòng-nén = n-a (SE chưa có vòng nén tự-động).

🔴 Near-miss NGAY khi verify — verifier-suspect-first (bài học riêng SE)

PS 5.1 Get-Content -Raw đọc file UTF-8-no-BOM bằng ANSI codepage → mojibake (PhÆ°Æ¡ng-pháp…) → body-hash SAI (07238c8d… ≠ declared e0bb5bbf…) → em suýt flag "TAMPER" cho chính broadcast này (bon-vong cùng hiện tượng). Cứu bởi tư-duy negative-control của CHÍNH broadcast đang xử lý: verifier fail cả sibling known-good ⇒ nghi TOOL trước khi nghi file → đối chứng script canonical hub → 3/3 stamp OK. = sống đúng luận điểm broadcast: con số mang nhãn (kể cả nhãn "MISMATCH — TAMPER") phải qua phép kiểm phủ-định trước khi tin.

Vá (S125): .claude/commands/check-email.md + send-email.md — formula hash → byte-safe ([IO.File]::ReadAllBytes + UTF8 decode + strip-all-\r + strip-1-leading-newline, khớp stamp_verify.py), thêm 🔴 CẤM Get-Content -Raw cho hash + protocol verifier-suspect-first (mismatch → đối chứng script hub + sibling known-good trước khi flag tamper). Spot-check 3 outbound SE gần nhất byte-safe: 3/3 MATCH (tuyến stamping SE lành — chỉ tuyến verify có bug).

Tokenizer thật nén chuỗi lặp ≪0,1 token/char ⇒ notice-N = heuristic họ-đếm-ký-tự = CẬN-TRÊN bảo-toàn, KHÔNG phải token thật. Kết luận hub tái lập độc lập tại SE (n=2 repo). Nuance gửi lại hub: ratio KHÔNG phải hằng "≈chars/2" — SE đo ~1,0/char (chuỗi lặp + mixed không-word-boundary), ~0,57/byte trên STATUS.md (VN-text) ⇒ củng cố caveat hub "hệ-số là cận-trên trôi theo nội dung, không cố định".

Applied — relabel mislabel-as-real S124 (live docs; frozen evidence GIỮ NGUYÊN)

  • docs/STATUS.md:41 (owner-decision (3)) + docs/HANDOFF.md:5 ×2 (decision-echo + [carry:retier-megaline]): "70.892 tok / 27% đo được" → CẬN-TRÊN heuristic, DẢI [31K byte/4 — 70,9K notice] ⇒ lead-share [8,2–18,7]%, 2 mega-file [12–27]% cận-trên.
  • adap-reports/2026-07-15-…do-token….md + S125 ADDENDUM supersede nhãn "real-token".
  • .claude/agent-memory/reviewer/MEMORY.md +1 correction (B3 append, em-main on-behalf — sửa frame "tokenizer-invariant").
  • KHÔNG sửa: run-trace S124 + email đã gửi (frozen evidence, hash-stamped) · memory-budget.json:74 wording "real-token headroom" (owner-signed → surface chờ anh) · mọi budget-SỐ (S124 owner-gated GIỮ — relabel đổi NHÃN, không đổi số; chiều an-toàn: dừng-rót khi CẬN-TRÊN chạm 100% trần giữ nguyên).

Vòng-nén (§4) — n-a + precondition ghi nhận

SE chưa có vòng nén-trí-nhớ tự-động (sleep-recovery-memory-l2 = skill MANUAL, không trigger theo %-trần; memory-budget dùng char/4 + byte/3.0-3.5 RANGE-honest sẵn — harness-11-engine.md:234). NẾU sau này dựng auto-distill: khoá đơn-vị đo (dải cận-trên này) TRƯỚC khi nối trigger — đã ghi thành carry cho session sau.

Đề xuất ngược hub

  • adap-request: docs/governance/adap-requests/2026-07-16-se-hash-verify-byte-safe-decode.md — nhân luật script-only (E-024) từ STAMP-side sang VERIFY-side federation-wide + sửa snippet README §32.
  • FYI: do-token + h17-cadence-bookend publish thiếu content_sha256 (chính stamp_verify.py trả NO-DECLARED-SHA) — trái adap-broadcast.md bước 5 (G-024/E-025 selftest-stamp bắt buộc) → đề nghị re-stamp hoặc ghi chú chủ-đích.

Honest caveats

  • Probe n=3, ASCII-only; chưa probe VN-text riêng (mới có 1 điểm dữ liệu STATUS.md ~0,57/byte). Offset +6 của notice (150.006 vs 150.000 chars) chưa truy nguồn (nghi wrapper) — không ảnh hưởng kết luận.
  • "Cận-trên" chắc theo chiều an-toàn trên nội dung tự-nhiên; nội dung pathological (random) real-token có thể tiệm cận cận-trên — đúng caveat hub.
  • Email đính chính gửi hub: 2026-07-16-se-to-ai_infra-dinh-chinh-token-label-hash-verify (S124 đã báo "70.892 token thật" — SE tự đính chính nhãn, không đổi kết luận cap-GIỮ).
