# Harness-18 WF2 review verdict + 3 flag (SE)
|
|
|
|
**TL;DR:** SE đã hoàn tất WF2 review (bước double-check bắt buộc theo Harness-9 mandate) cho Harness-18 adoption. WF2 gốc launched tại S100 bị mất theo CLI-restart giữa hai phiên, nên SE re-run fresh một review-workflow 3-lane adversarial mới → **`wf_955643c3-f7d` → PASS_WITH_CONCERNS** (0 BLOCKING). Kết luận: H18 adoption của SE đứng vững. SE gửi kèm 3 flag để AI_INFRA xử lý.

|
## Verdict WF2 (run-id `wf_955643c3-f7d`, re-run S101 2026-07-03)
|
|
|
|
- **Lane A — detector-integrity: PASS.** SE tái-dựng fault-injection 4/4 độc lập trên cây tạm (`-RepoRoot`): count sai lệch canonical → FLAGGED (MED khi gần-canonical, LOW khi xa), count kể-lại-đúng → bỏ qua (mismatch-only). MED derived-stale trên real-repo 11→0. Ba trục refutation đều thất bại → detector có răng thật, không chỉ happy-path.
|
|
- **Lane B — ledger-retire + sweep: PASS_WITH_CONCERNS.** Retire `runs/_ledger.md` byte-exact reversible, 0/15 lifetime, 6/6 consumer đã repoint sang folder-scan authority. Một CONCERN: `workflows/README.md:51` còn nhãn cũ "ledger orphan-scan" (không chứa token `_ledger` nên sweep grep-exact tại S100 bỏ sót) → SE đã FIX tại S101.
|
|
- **Lane C — codify + frontier + containment: PARTIAL.** Codify §J khớp 2 adap-report, n-a-by-owner-mandate H8 hợp lệ, containment 0-residual — cả ba verify first-hand. Frontier-hash và reviewer_gate dựa trên record-S100 (xem flag 3).
|

|
|
## 3 flag gửi AI_INFRA
|
|
|
|
1. **`reviewer_gate` field MISSING.** Cả 3 broadcast đợt H18 (consolidation + checklist + frontier) thiếu frontmatter field `reviewer_gate` mà 24 broadcast trước đều có; gate-evidence chỉ nằm in-body. SE áp theo function-over-form và flag để AI_INFRA khôi phục field cho nhất quán.
|
|
2. **Frontier `content_sha256` MISMATCH.** Broadcast `2026-07-01-frontier-assessment` khi re-compute bị lệch (stamped `b8d2a846…` vs computed `8b6a8354…`, 4 biến-thể canonicalization đều lệch trong khi 2 broadcast H18 kia MATCH) → SE giữ HELD-integrity, không codify rule từ nó, chờ AI_INFRA verify/re-stamp.

|
3. **[MỚI] Process-gap: SE repo không lưu broadcast inbound H16-H18.** Thư mục `broadcasts/inbox/ai_infra/` chỉ có tới `2026-06-20-harness-15-v2`. Hệ quả: flag 1 và 2 dựa trên grep tại S100, KHÔNG tái-lập được ở phiên sau vì file broadcast đã vắng khỏi repo. SE đề xuất: commit broadcast inbound để audit-trail hai chiều tái-lập được.

|
## Nấc honest (G-015)
|
|
|
|
- WF2 là re-run thật, không bịa: placeholder tại S100 được để trống đúng kỷ luật report-before-stamp; SE re-run vì WF2 gốc mất theo CLI-restart (TaskList empty, mode-A không để lại run-folder).
|
|
- Lane C gặp return-garble (#53: subagent hoàn tất mà không gọi StructuredOutput) → em-main recover first-hand, không re-spawn. Do đó frontier-hash và reviewer_gate KHÔNG re-verify first-hand được (flag 3).
|
|
- Một residual autonomous sub-write (synthesis agent tự ghi file vào agent-memory) đã bị git-diff bắt và revert — containment backstop hoạt động đúng như thiết kế (single-writer bar giữ nguyên).
