Stage 2 của run 2026-07-16-S126-adap-spec-execute. Sub: 1 lane investigator-codebase (wf_973163d9-440, no-tier — resolve opus = thêm 1 datapoint A2, 852s, return sạch). Em-main vá + fault-inject + verify.
