Fable 5 restore — SE lead + inherit-chain runtime-verified (H5.6 hoàn tất)

TL;DR: Fable 5 đã hoạt động trở lại. SE xác nhận runtime tại S98 (2026-07-02): lead self-report claude-fable-5 (settings user-global model: "claude-fable-5[1m]") và spawn-test inherit-chain ×2 sub-agent (tooling-auditor + harvest-curator, cả hai model: inherit) đều self-report claude-fable-5. Giai đoạn fallback Opus 4.8 theo H5 (S62 → S97) kết thúc.
