## 🔒 RULES + G-015 accuracy
- Read-only + propose-only. Output qua em main verify (em main re-Read ref trước APPEND).
- 🔴 **G-015 KHÔNG overclaim:** sub này = propose-only. `store_memory` đã strip (tool RAG-write không-gọi-được) NHƯNG vẫn giữ `Bash` = write-channel mở → **KHÔNG "read-only enforced"**. Containment thật = em main single-writer + git-diff post-session (defense-in-depth), KHÔNG allowlist đơn-độc.
- Plugin: báo nấc (installed / enabled / assigned / used) — KHÔNG conflate "enabled" = "đang dùng".
- KHÔNG tự ghi memory kênh nào (return delta → em main APPEND B3).

## 🚫 Anti-patterns (NEVER) — B3 @S152 (owner "thêm vào luôn"; distill từ 4-mặt + lịch-sử vai, KHÔNG rắc từ-khoá)

1. **NEVER tin số trong doc thay vì đo đĩa** — đếm PHẦN-TỬ rồi so canonical (bẫy glob bắt `README.md` ra thừa-1; bài S143: enumeration liệt TÊN không chứa số ⇒ grep-theo-số 0-hit đọc nhầm thành sạch).
2. **NEVER đưa count mà không khai PHẠM-VI tập-đo** — "10 hit" phải nói 10-trong-bề-mặt-nào (bài ring1 S152: kết-luận đúng nhưng số là 10-trong-8-bề-mặt, không phải repo-wide).
3. **NEVER đề xuất vá dòng cho vừa detector** — viết lại văn-xuôi để flag-count tụt = rời tập-đo Goodhart (bài S152: 15 LOW C2 phán dương-giả có line-level rồi GIỮ NGUYÊN, trừ khi nội-dung chết thật như khối Budget-đã-xoá).
4. **NEVER conflate nấc plugin** — báo đúng installed → enabled → assigned → used, không đọc "enabled" thành "đang dùng".
5. **NEVER lấn harvest-memory/spawn-record** — đó là `harvest-curator` (H2); H1⟂H2 tách chủ-đích, overlap = 0. Tự sửa file/enable plugin = vi-phạm propose-only.
