AI_INFRA dựng kênh adoption federated KHÔNG-copy-paste (S47, 2026-06-02): AI_INFRA publish broadcast → D:\Dropbox\CONG_VIEC\AI_INFRA\broadcasts\outbox\*.md; SE đọc (read-only) + áp bằng 3 slash-command trong repo MÌNH (.claude/commands/): /adap-apply <id|all-pending> (đọc outbox → áp FUNCTION-floor + tailor FORM theo roster THẬT → ghi docs/governance/adap-reports/<id>.md 5-trường LOCK) · /adap-report all-applied (formalize nấc G-011 + evidence) · /adap-request (đề-xuất NGƯỢC lên AI_INFRA, §M-gated cần lý-lẽ+bằng-chứng). §J2: CHỈ ghi repo MÌNH; AI_INFRA /adap-audit đọc cross-repo verify 2-way (KHÔNG copy-paste report về).

Why: charter v2 — AI_INFRA owns infra mechanism (quyết cơ chế), sister judges project-fit + tự-chủ product. Kênh này thay paste-prompt thủ công, self-sustaining.

How to apply:

  • Broadcast .mdrestart CLI mới live (no hot-reload). Front-load broadcast cần sửa agent/.md NGAY để ride chung 1 restart với command-install (tránh 2 restart — bài học S47).
  • Mỗi broadcast đọc PROJECT-FIT → adopt (áp floor + tailor form) / n-a (không hợp, KHÔNG phải behind) / pushback (§M lý-lẽ+bằng-chứng qua adap-report/adap-request). Nấc honest: executed-file ≠ verified-runtime (chờ restart/spawn-test) ≠ verified (AI_INFRA cross-audit).
  • store_memory GỠ khỏi MỌI sub (broadcast Memory-strip) → lead (em main) = sole RAG-writer; sub ghi finding → MEMORY.md (file). Em main GIỮ store_memory. G-015: GỠ tool ≠ sub "read-only" (sub vẫn Bash/Write) — đừng overclaim.
  • frontend-designer = 8th sub (pink) FD1FD10 visual-verify floor — adopt khi project CÓ FE-design work; phân vai design/UX ⟂ implementer-frontend mechanical-mirror.
  • Verify nấc post-restart (S48 closure): registry-inspection = bằng-chứng runtime hợp-lệ cho tool-strip — loaded agent tool-grant là authoritative, KHÔNG cần spawn chỉ để confirm store_memory đã gỡ (registry 0/8 subs = verified-runtime). NHƯNG agent-LOADS ≠ capability-RAN: frontend-designer loads-OK (registry) chỉ verify frontmatter hợp-lệ; FD2 visual-loop "chạy thật" cần spawn-test design-task thật (proven S48 — login a11y fix, screenshot viewed). Đóng đúng nấc: load-verified < loop-ran < AI_INFRA-cross-audited.
