Session S111 — 2026-07-12 — Adopt Harness-22 WAL session-continuity

Tóm 1 dòng: Adopt trọn H22 (sổ WAL ≤40 + Stop-hook persist-only + /pause·/tiep + delta session-cmd + WAL-cho-workflow) theo pipeline H21 chuẩn; Stop-hook HOT-RELOAD FIRE ×2 ngay trong phiên adopt (vượt kỳ vọng STAGED của broadcast); mark AH thứ 6 stamped + D10 paths-ignore anh-directed. Governance/tooling-only, 0 prod-code src/.

Lessons (cross-agent synthesize)

  • Live-witness > forensics > lời-khai (reviewer): commit wal: sinh GIỮA lúc review = bằng chứng mạnh nhất, không cần tin claim.
  • NTFS CreationTime × commit-time phân định script-RUN-tay vs hook-FIRE (7-giây-window không thể là người).
