S101 — H18 WF2 review closeout + session-start audit (2026-07-03)

governance/docs-only · 0 prod-code · em-main-led + 1 review-workflow (HMW-mode ON). Đóng việc NEXT-em #1 mà S100 dặn: hoàn tất WF2 review cho Harness-18 adopt.

Session-start audit (tất cả clean)

  • Test: 440 baseline (0 code-delta S98→S100 — S98/S99/S100 đều docs/governance). Cite STATUS canonical, không re-run full suite.
  • 2 monitor RE-REPORT (spawn nền, trả verdict sạch — #53 KHÔNG tái diễn ở monitor):
    • 🟫 tooling-auditor ALL-4 PASS (skill/roster/plugin/docs fresh) + MODEL-DRIFT catch (runtime=Opus KHÔNG Fable — xem dưới).

H18 WF2 closeout (NEXT-em #1 từ S100)

Vấn đề: WF2 gốc wf_31ea3985-92c (S100 launch để review H18 adopt) MẤT theo CLI-restart — TaskList empty, mode-A ephemeral (không run-folder). Placeholder ở adap-report:5 + engine §J:283 cố tình để trống (report-before-stamp). Bịa PASS = cấm.

Hành động: re-run fresh 3-lane adversarial review Workflow → wf_955643c3-f7d → PASS_WITH_CONCERNS (0 BLOCKING).

  • Lane A (detector-teeth) PASS: tái-dựng fault-inject 4/4 ĐỘC LẬP (-RepoRoot temp-tree): 68-gotcha→MED · 79-đúng→IM · 6-test→LOW · 88-bảng→MED (od-c verify byte 0xE1 0xBA 0xA3='ả' khớp $VN_BANG). MED derived-stale real-repo 11→0. Refute 3-trục đều FAIL → detector có RĂNG thật.
  • Lane B (ledger-retire) PASS_WITH_CONCERNS: 0/15 lifetime + byte-exact reversible (sed 3,4d==parent) + 6/6 consumer 🧊-repointed + history preserved. 1 CONCERN: workflows/README.md:51 nhãn cũ "ledger orphan-scan" (KHÔNG có _ledger token → S100 grep-exact sweep bỏ sót) → FIXED S101 (folder-scan orphan (🧊 _ledger retired H18-B)). +2 NIT (harvest-curator diary history-protected; ⏳ self-ref header).

Model-note reconcile (tooling-auditor bắt)

Runtime lead = Opus 4.8 phiên này (lead + 2 monitor + WF2-reviewer inherit đều self-report claude-opus-4-8), trong khi settings.json:11 vẫn pin claude-fable-5[1m]. → Fable unavailable S101, H5-fallback tự-kích (revert-free, KHÔNG sửa frontmatter). "Fable RESTORED S98" = point-in-time. Reconcile STATUS:24 + agents/README:3 với caveat S101.

Memory harvest (B3 VERIFY→APPEND)

  • reviewer: WF2 re-run entry + 2 lesson (exact-token-sweep-misses-paraphrase · #53-recover-first-hand).
  • tooling-auditor: S101 RE-REPORT + model-drift inherit-chain data-point #4.

Lessons

  • #53 return-garble tái-diễn (~lần 5, lần này workflow-lane): instruction "return-verdict only" giảm-không-triệt-tiêu; recover-from-artifact (output-file) KHÔNG re-spawn.
  • Exact-token sweep bỏ sót nhãn diễn-giải: retire artifact tên _ledger bằng grep-exact _ledger sót workflows/README.md:51 "ledger orphan-scan" (không underscore). → mở rộng concept-phrase khi retire named-artifact.
  • inherit-chain self-report = probe availability runtime per-session: đừng tin model-claim session trước; Fable/Opus resolve theo availability lúc chạy.
  • Process-gap: broadcast inbound KHÔNG commit: H16-H18 inbound broadcast vắng khỏi repo → flag hash/reviewer_gate gửi AI_INFRA không tái-lập được. Backlog: commit inbound broadcast cho audit-trail.
