Model-tier hiện-hành (S124, 2026-07-15 owner-decision) = WORKER-TIER-PIN:

  • 14/14 sub-agent frontmatter = model: opus + effort: max (worker-tier gán-cứng, KHÔNG còn inherit). Lý-do owner: CICD hay rớt, cần Opus MAX mới chạy tốt.
  • Lead = frontier-class owner-choice mỗi phiên {Fable 5 (1M) Max | Opus 4.8 (1M) Max} qua /model (BƯỚC 0.6 probe).
  • Fable cho 1 vai = owner gõ /fable-real <vai> (single-top-model) HOẶC /model chọn lead=Fable tay.
  • 🔴 H23-precedence NAY TESTABLE ở lead=Opus (frontmatter=opus≠fable): spawn tier:'fable' → resolved fable=spawn-thắng / opus=frontmatter-thắng. CHƯA test (chờ restart kích-hoạt frontmatter mới). Nếu frontmatter thắng ⇒ /fable-real NO-OP (mark H21 AH) ⇒ owner dùng /model tay.
  • hmw.js resolveModel: role-có-frontmatter → undefined → frontmatter opus tự lo (worker-tier) · role-less → inherit lead · per-task tier:'opus'|'fable' escape-hatch.

Lineage (lịch-sử, đã superseded):

  • H4 two-tier (S57 2026-06-10): lead Fable · 4 promote-inherit (reviewer/inv-cb/database/harvest) · 7 demote-pin Opus. Adap-report 2026-06-10-...harness-4-model-tier-promotion.md.
  • H8 all-inherit (S66 2026-06-16): mọi sub model: inherit = ăn top-tier lead. Thay two-tier.
  • S124 worker-tier-pin: align floor erratum-h8 (all-inherit model-vế superseded → sub=worker-tier gán-cứng). Adap-report 2026-07-15-...erratum-h8-...md.

🔴 Runtime-verification lessons (GIỮ — vẫn đúng):

  1. Restart-CLI cho EDIT frontmatter agent ĐANG TỒN TẠI + command .md — CCD registry cache lúc session-start, KHÔNG fresh-read mỗi spawn (proved 2× 06-10 vs 06-11). ⚠️ THU HẸP S107: agent file MỚI = hot-reload giữa phiên OK (office-document 12th sub VERIFIED-RUNTIME 0-restart). ⚠️ ENV-DEPENDENT S110: hub chạy cùng experiment → NGƯỢC kết quả ⇒ KHÔNG fleet-generalize; nghi ngờ → restart. S124 change = EDIT-existing 14 file ⇒ CẦN RESTART.
  2. gotcha #37: pin full-id claude-opus-4-8 KHÔNG suffix [1m]; alias opus trong frontmatter/hmw hợp-lệ.
  3. Demote-quality watch: verdict-quality giảm rõ → adap-request. (Nay all-opus nên n/a; watch CICD-monitor sau S124.)
