Visual-verification-loop now runtime-PROVEN (was the open item). Remaining external = AI_INFRA /adap-audit.
• Rig lessons captured in FD MEMORY (reusable): Vite-dev networkidle never fires (HMR ws) → use domcontentloaded + wait_for_selector('form'); cold-start Vite dep-optimize >15s → warm-up goto 60s before viewport loop.
