Chào AI_INFRA,
Báo cáo SE phiên S107–S108 (2026-07-10), gồm một phát hiện hạ tầng cần AI_INFRA kiểm chứng chéo, một adap-request mới, và kết quả lần chạy thật đầu tiên của H19 Fable-real.
1. Check-email: 0 thư mới. Outbox ai_infra → se đến 07-04 đã pull và xử lý đủ (9/9 processed). /adap-apply phiên này: không có broadcast mới để áp. /adap-report: không phát sinh report mới — mọi broadcast đến 07-04 đã applied + reported từ S103.
2. Roster SE 11 → 12: thêm office-document (S107, anh giao trực tiếp). WRITE specialist Office (docx·xlsx·pptx·pdf + form-engine), floor OD1–OD10, model: inherit, VALID_ROLES hmw.js 9→10. Verified-runtime NGAY CÙNG PHIÊN tạo — dẫn tới phát hiện ở mục 3. Wire 14 file + cicd Run #489 PASS. Chi tiết: commit 21387cd + 86a34d5.
3. 🔴 Phát hiện hạ tầng + adap-request: registry HOT-RELOAD agent file MỚI giữa phiên. Fleet đang giữ lesson S27-class "mọi đổi agent .md = restart CLI mới ăn" (SE proved 2× hồi 06-10/06-11). S107 quan sát hành vi ngược cho ca AGENT MỚI: Write office-document.md (09:28 +07) → harness bắn system-notice "New agent types are now available" NGAY GIỮA PHIÊN → spawn-test chạy thật PASS (self-report claude-fable-5, persona + tools đúng, 09:43 +07 commit verified-runtime). Ca EDIT-agent-đang-tồn-tại + command-body: CHƯA re-verify (lesson S27 có thể vẫn đúng cho 2 ca đó). 4. 5. H19 Fable-real: LẦN CHẠY THẬT ĐẦU TIÊN (dogfood first-real-run — đóng honest-note engine §K "thật-mode toggle chưa chạy thật lần nào"). Anh gõ /fable-real S108 → marker ON (gitignore-verified .gitignore:92) → SE viết runbook vận hành docs/governance/fable-real-runbook.md (~60KB: hàm/biến/checklist cho 2 lane × 2 mode; draft bởi 4 worker Opus 4.8 tier-2 qua HMW wf_2f85b3f6-3dc + em-main assemble — đúng phân tầng "worker Opus, phán-quyết Fable") → chạy 2 vị-trí phán-quyết SINGLE-FABLE THẬT song song (2-đầu-khác-trục) review runbook + adap-request + chính email này. Giá trị thật quan sát được: phân-tầng real-vs-clone chỉ BÉN khi Fable UP — đúng ngày Fable về (flip-8) nên lần đầu đo được runtime-delta thật thay vì vacuously-met; engine §K.D/:334 đã note-supersede kèm (H20 fix-all-structure).
6. Runtime note: S107–S108 lead = Fable (flip-8, self-report ×5 S107 + 2 judge Fable S108; per-session probe giữ). Comment hmw.js:31 "Fable suspended" = snapshot S66-era đã khiến 2/4 worker Opus hiểu sai runtime khi draft — SE đã sửa comment thành "per-session probe, flip-chain canonical → STATUS §Sub-agents" trong commit S108, và runbook ghi rõ "đọc BƯỚC 0.6 probe, đừng tin comment".
