305b573f5a [CLAUDE] CICD: vá GỐC #92 — npm ci theo lockfile đã commit + guard React-đơn-bản (bỏ xoá lockfile mỗi run)

Details 
Root-cause 2 ca trắng màn prod (S189 #486, S191 #600): deploy.yml xoá package-lock.json
rồi npm install => mỗi run resolve lại cây theo semver range => cùng commit ra bundle khác
nhau tuỳ registry lúc build. CI vẫn exit 0 + byte-match CI-prod + smoke 200 vì mọi phép đo
đều đo FILE, không đo CHƯƠNG TRÌNH CHẠY.

- lockfile tái sinh từ cây lành đang chạy prod (thiếu @microsoft/signalr + 9 transitive
  vì lockfile cũ có từ 23/04, trước khi dự án thêm SignalR — nên 'xoá cho lành' từng hợp lý)
- npm install -> npm ci (deterministic theo lockfile) + check exit code từng bước
- GUARD-92: chặn build khi React trùng bản (đúng cơ chế useState null). Fault-inject 4 ca
  bắt được dương-giả lucide-react khớp regex trước khi push; đã neo lookbehind.
- Bundle verify runtime trên prod trước khi commit: eoffice CR538vZx + admin C10ta-wB,
  console 0 lỗi, cùng byte với bản lành (1.700.709 / 1.780.807).

Sự cố prod 3 tầng (A/059 "ko tìm thấy phiếu") giải trọn trong phiên, chi tiết error-ledger RCA YC028-S189:
- T1 disk 0-byte (cache automation 30GB) → #89 · T2 orphan-sshd bão hòa 3 core (lỗi lead, tự khai) → #90
- T3 lộ khi ship: Gitea tầng-app câm nuốt push (0 run dù mọi tín hiệu xanh) → #91; restart + dispatch
  → run #486 ship trọn (gate 680 EXACT · bundle rotate ×2 · marker 10/10 — cicd-monitor 2 vòng PARTIAL 8/9)
- Vá RAM cùng lượt: sp_configure max server memory unbounded→1200MB (PLE 522→1123 · A/059 0,58s)

Sổ: +YC-028 4 tầng xử · run-trace sub-cicd-monitor-yc028.md (FAIL vòng-1 giữ nguyên làm vết,
vòng-2 append) · AS-10 cicd-monitor tự-curate memory qua Bash (persona 0 Write) = verify-KEPT
(27,4→17KB + archive/_INDEX đúng khuôn + sửa stale Mig 71→72 đúng canonical) · squash wal: theo §5.0.

92d8215a62 [CLAUDE] PurchaseEvaluation: YC-028 sự cố prod A/059 — FE tách "404 thật ⟂ lỗi hệ thống" 5 site ×2 app + guard disk/orphan vào runbook+cicd-monitor 
Sự cố 2 tầng (đã giải trọn trong phiên, chi tiết runs/2026-08-10-S189-bookstart-open/run.md + WAL):
- T1: ổ C VPS 0 byte (gitea repo-archive 16,49GB + npm-cache SYSTEM 12,76GB) → SQL Error -2
  → "ko duyệt được" rồi FE vẽ mọi lỗi thành "Không tìm thấy phiếu" (#44). Dọn ~30GB cache
  + AUTO_CLOSE OFF ×3 DB + gỡ nén NTFS 4 file template (#88 tái phát).
- T2: 3 sshd mồ côi (lệnh đo ssh bị cắt output) bão hòa 3/3 core → mọi GET detail 5-47s,
  A/059 (5 NCC) vượt trần hủy ~30s của FE. Kill orphan → A/059 47s→0,38s · phiếu bé 0,17s.

Code (5 site cùng lớp, SHA-mirror 4 cặp MATCH, build ×2 xanh):
- lib/apiError.ts +isNotFound(err) — chỉ 404 mới được nói "không tìm thấy"
- PurchaseEvaluationsListPage (inline + overlay + fullpage) + KhkkListPage + KhkkCreatePage:
  detail.isError && !404 → "Hệ thống đang chậm hoặc lỗi khi tải phiếu — thử lại (refetch)"

Ops-guard (YC-028 (4)): cicd-monitor persona +bước 1b server-health (fsutil free <5GB = FAIL,
CPU-delta tìm orphan) · iis-deploy-runbook +§"Disk-free + orphan guard" + sửa path log Serilog
sai (Logs\log-*.txt → logs\solution-erp-*.log, đo thật). (6) đóng: log 10/08 mất do đợt "giải
phóng dung lượng" hôm qua (retention 30 file config đúng). (3B) cron archive_cleanup Gitea +
decompress Vietreport_Master = chờ ngoài giờ (restart service dùng chung VIETREPORT).

Sổ: +YC-028 (nguyên văn + 2 tầng đã xử). Squash wal: trailing theo §5.0.
