[CLAUDE] Docs: S104 park Supplier Phase B (Excel upload) per anh

Anh directed S104: drop Excel-upload auto-map from the active queue, note
it for later, will re-raise when needed. Marked PARKED in STATUS
Maintenance-backlog + HANDOFF NEXT-anh (do NOT auto-start next session).
Phase A (Supplier 30-field, Mig 62) stays shipped/done.
